As a Sr. Workday Business Systems Analyst II (Time Tracking and Payroll), you will serve as the domain expert for Workday Time Tracking, Scheduling and Payroll. This hands-on technical role demands excellent knowledge of business processes and methodologies along with the skills for reporting and analytics. The candidate will have direct hands-on experience in Time Tracking, Scheduling and Payroll Application designs, configuration, and implementation.
You will be the HRIS point of contact for these functions by driving the implementation and release of new functionality and enhancements, as well as operational tasks. You will have advanced expertise in Workday for process analysis, design and problem-solving in a sophisticated environment with focus on end-to-end processes and impacts.
What you must have:
- 5+ years Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Payroll
- 5+ years of experience in leading product design, gathering functional requirements, preparing documentation, configuring, coordinating, and providing system support
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, project management and planning skills
- BA/BS degree in a related IT field or equivalent work experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with our Workforce Management and Payroll teams to drive process and system improvements that will help enable the organization and drive scale
- Participate in analyzing business problems and recommending solutions that improve automation and efficiency
- Be responsible for ensuring successful maintenance and configuration of Workday solutions, including redesigning existing features, while also understanding and recommending the optimized approach for implementing new features
- This hands-on technical role demands excellent knowledge of business processes and methodologies along with the skills for reporting and analytics
- Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps
- Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system improvements
The salary range for this position is $129,100 - 189,700. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
