Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the delivery, evolution, and scaling of our web presence across segments, personas, product offerings, industries, new markets, etc
  • Work closely with our design team, contractors, and agency partners to executive on our roadmap
  • Own end-to-end our content strategy for gated content and experiences that will drive significant conversion
  • Lead SEO and develop our roadmap of new pages and experiences to grow our organic reach. Leverage the content and product marketing team to create the right content for our audience
  • Run a robust webinar program that supports both customer acquisition, upsell, and customer retention
  • Own our social media, community, and reputation management programs and strategy
  • Own our self-serve funnel from click to revenue
  • Measure and report on full funnel, including how we do attribution
  • Define KPIs and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge success for digital programs
  • Own performance marketing and paid acquisition
