Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Windows-based applications and technologies
- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows application environments
- Support and troubleshooting for complex Windows application issues
- Evaluate and recommend new Windows applications and technologies
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for Windows application management and support
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and IT staff on best practices for using Windows applications
- Stay current with emerging Windows technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Participate in IT project planning, coordination, and implementation related to Windows applications
