GRAIL is seeking a B2C Marketing Manager, Employer to join our fast growing marketing division.
This individual will be responsible for driving program enrollment within our employer customers by building and implementing innovative marketing strategies to help meet our revenue goals. This position collaborates with and influences varying levels of internal stakeholders and requires a team-focused approach.
You Will:
- Brand Stewardship – Serve as a passionate steward, highly focused on evolving consumer trends, changes in competitor brand positioning and best practices within the healthcare and benefits landscape. As a result, ensure GRAIL Marketing Communications are well positioned, consistent, and differentiated within the Employee benefit space.
- Strategic Planning – Develop and lead a disciplined, data-driven, goal-focused DTC/DTP (employee/patient) marketing planning, and a creative GTM plan that provides clear performance metrics and can be continually optimized based on real-time outcomes.
- Capabilities - Partner with internal and external centers of excellence (Email, Direct Mail, Digital, Operations) to develop, launch and measure new capabilities to unlock scalable marketing solutions.
- Manage Events - lead marketing efforts to drive engagement and utilization of employer onsite events and the Gallier Mobile Tour.
- Lead day-to-day development and execution of campaigns, tactics and programs to drive employee/patient engagement, utilization and loyalty.
- Marketing Communications & Partnership – Help lead the process of leveraging customer and patient insights - both qualitative and quantitative - to create compelling creative across a broad spectrum of communication tools, channels and tactics, that engage the target, and drive action. Work closely with agency partners to lead this process, and encourage them to be bold and innovative in how they express the brand and its value proposition.
- Partner with account teams to ensure internal communication vehicles are fully leveraged and regulatory and legal processes are followed. Develop collaborative relationships with account stakeholders to most effectively and efficiently navigate processes and protocols across marketing and other relevant divisions.
- Utilization – The primary objective is to drive awareness, engagement and ultimately utilization of the Galleri test. They will ensure communications are targeted and logically sequenced across targeted employee channels and touch points. There are a wide range of tactics and programs that can drive this pull-through - some being direct and GRAIL-driven, and others developed and activated jointly with the customer.
- Measurements, Attribution & KPI’s – With input from other Marketing partners, develop Employer channel metrics and corresponding benchmarks to assess value through analytics, measure campaign success (Test orders and accessions, ROI), and recommend campaign changes (optimization), based on learnings and results. Partner closely with Research and Sales to understand the needs of these stakeholders (employers, employees;. Oversee multi-variant testing to assist in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, new product launches, personalization, and general communications. Track monthly and annual performance.
Your Background Should Include:
- BA/BS with a minimum of 8 years of experience or a Masters/PhD degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience. MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated success marketing a solution to payers and/or self-insured employers in prior roles, with payer experience preferred.
- Experience in B2C marketing in healthcare, with experience with partnerships, customer success and business development desired
- Experience with effectively communicating to customers, particularly with HR and/or Benefits decision makers and day to day administrators.
- Experience developing content and messaging targeted at employees supported by Employer health plans and/or enterprise benefits buying environments.
- Experience with B2C marketing channels and formats (search, social, content marketing, customer journeys, and email/marketing automation) is required.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done and growing responsibility over time.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Willing and able to travel as needed, approximately 15%
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $127,000 to $159,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
