Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field preferred
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in Loan Operations & total experience of 1 - 4 years
  • Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the bank loan business, understanding loan structures and associated reporting obligations for Operations
  • Enhance your knowledge and establish expertise in Regulatory data reporting and Audit data submissions
  • Develop your analytical skills working on large sets of reportable data and resolving exceptions
  • Cultivate problem solving skills by continuous gap assessment & remediation to mitigate the risk of inaccurate data
  • Build your communication skills through daily interactions
  • Showcase your ability to function as a team player in a highly collaborative environment while working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Business Groups, Reporting Controllers, Risk, Technology and Operations Leadership
  • Collaborate with global team counterparts in Dallas on initiatives supporting the loans reporting model
  • Deliver day-to-day issue resolution through effective time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking
  • Support MIS reporting, including key risk indicators, trends and milestones of the team
Desired Qualifications
  • Financial or quantitative educational background
  • Understanding of Loan Operations & Regulatory reporting experience and/or experience in handling audits
