Requirements
  • MacOS and Windows OS experience
  • Product experience with Crestron, Polycom, Microsoft 365
  • Experience operating video and audio equipment in live production environment
  • Experience with lighting video conferences, productions, and other events
  • Experience and knowledge of web conferencing platforms and standards
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks

Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class technology support services to WPP employees and visiting clients
  • Log all IT engagements into a ticketing system
  • Serve as the 1st line of support for all IT/AV issues and requests for local executives
  • Perform basic AV troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and escalate technical issues to service contracted IT or AV integrators
  • Provide IT/AV training for all WPP employees on the site as needed
  • Prepare and operate AV equipment for events
  • Prevent, identify, and resolve technical issues and update users on progress and resolutions
  • Onsite support for video conference meetings and recordings
  • Maintain phone connectivity in all AV presentation settings
  • Interact with cable television provider for signal or transmission-related issues
  • Evaluate AV systems for software and hardware upgrades
  • Assist in managing contracted AV integrators
  • Ensure that WPP and WPP IT policies and procedures are adhered to
