Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Typically, 8 or more years of industry-relevant experience are required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for the communications role are required.
  • The position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, for registered roles, applicable SAFE Act and/or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority requirements regarding certain criminal history.
Responsibilities
  • Establish the strategic direction for communications and provide leadership and guidance on key initiatives, content and channels, and team-work prioritization.
  • Partner with business leadership teams to develop communication strategies and plan, research, and develop content for complex communications initiatives.
  • Identify issues and opportunities, serve as a trusted communications advisor, and engage relevant organizational partners to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and message accuracy.
  • Use data-driven insights to provide strategic guidance to business leadership and influence outcomes and decisions supporting business strategy.
  • Synthesize collected data and leverage it to provide appropriate insights.
  • Coordinate activities with legal, compliance, finance, risk, and other key partners.
  • Lead partnerships with agencies, third parties, and internal business partners to coordinate program and initiative development and execution.
  • Design, manage, and execute communications programs focused on external narrative building, storytelling, and market priorities.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel and support to regional presidents, local leaders, Corporate Communications, and other internal partners.
  • Develop media relationships, place stories proactively, draft and publish press releases and media briefings, create social media content, manage media inquiries, prepare spokespeople, and lead ongoing campaigns.
  • Support external responses to regional issues and media questions and serve as a local-market spokesperson when needed.
  • Develop and write stories, op-eds, remarks, and talking points.
  • Use data and results to inform communications approaches, recommend future strategies, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Promote a high-performance culture based on teamwork, trust, quality, continuous improvement, and learning.

EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity. Michael Koempel, president and chief financial officer, said the arrangement provides flexibility to support the company's capital allocation strategy and growth initiatives across its segments. The amended facilities are unchanged in size from the prior agreement. Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027.
