Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings and manage the daily calendar.
  • Maintains and updates the executive’s calendar throughout the day as changes occur.
  • Manages the executive’s expenses, travel planning, reservations, etc.
  • Responding to a heavy volume of emails in a timely manner.
