Starting Pay:

Certified RBTs: $18.00 – $23.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)

Growth: Structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Provide Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting.

• Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.

• Background: Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, or special education is a plus, but not required!

• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain safety protocols.
