Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in visual design / brand design / marketing design
  • Strong portfolio across presentation design (must-have), social media creatives, brand systems / visual identity
  • Expert in Figma
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects optional)
  • Expert in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides—at a high level)
Responsibilities
  • Design high-impact pitch decks, investor decks, and executive presentations
  • Translate complex supply chain + AI concepts into clear visual stories
  • Partner with leadership to refine structure, flow, and messaging—not just visuals
  • Bring a consultative design approach, not just execution
  • Own visual design for LinkedIn, website assets, campaigns, and product marketing
  • Create scroll-stopping, high-signal creatives aligned with a premium B2B brand
  • Work closely with content and growth teams to iterate quickly and test what works
  • Help evolve and enforce Lyric’s visual identity and design system
  • Ensure consistency across all external touchpoints
  • Push the brand toward a clean, modern, global SaaS aesthetic
  • Work with US marketing leadership, founders, product, and sales teams
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight feedback loops
  • Balance speed + quality + business context
