- Deliver service to the diversified business operations of PwC, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.

About the Role
Our Workplaces team is expanding and we’re looking for a Facilities Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Workplaces team brings our purpose to life by working at the very heart of our business as innovators across all administration and service areas relating to PwC’s offices.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
- Project management
- Contract management
- Change and operational management
- Knowledge of leasing and facility/property management
- Awareness of building code
- Communicating with confidence and respect for others
In our Workplaces team, your impact will be seen by:
- Managing a small team of Mail, Records and Facilities staff
- Building strong relationships within Peer networks in Workplaces and other EF teams
- Building relationships with Building Management team, key Suppliers/Contractors
- Achieving budget deliverables
- Reporting on financial variances to budget
- Delivering Facilities projects to agreed outcomes
- Managing the various security related requirements of the office e.g. CCTV, Access Cards, reporting
- Assisting and supporting our Environmental Sustainability initiatives and reporting
- Meeting agreed deadlines and ensure communications around any delays are immediate
- Practicing general duties (including but not limited to)
- Mail Room
- Management and administration of incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Management and administration of mail processes
- Facilities
- Monitor office floors to ensure workspaces and common areas are clear, tidy, functional and comply with WH&S regulations
- Undertake WH&S floor audits
- Maintain Emergency Warden and First Aid Register and coordinate training
- Repairs and maintenance coordination including monitoring R & M database, engaging contractors, assess outstanding R&Ms and follow up with contractors
- Preventative maintenance planning coordination and monthly reporting on compliance
- Liaise with building management, contractors and cleaners on tenancy matters and on site coordination with contractors
- Update business continuity systems as required
- Responsibility for raising purchase orders, coding invoices and tracking all invoices to ensure payment within month required
- Production and management of security cards and locker allocations for new starters and leavers
- New starter office inductions and general support
- Scheduled audit of security cards, keys and lockers (internal and base build)
- Bi-weekly reporting on office access and occupancy
- Car park management and reporting as required
