Compensation Overview

In this position you will (Responsibilities/Duties):

• Assist with the finance team’s event materials creation and maintenance such as sign-up and contribution forms created on NGP. 
• Assist with the finance team’s vetting and compliance requirements and process.
• Manage team-wide trackers and spreadsheets and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Assist in finance operations special projects. 
• Coordinate with internal DNC departments on behalf of the operations team.
• Travel and staff finance events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned to support the department.

What we will look for (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 1-2 years campaign or political committee experience.
• Experience staffing major donor fundraising events highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of NGP database is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Precise attention to detail and strong copy editing skills.
• Error-free written communications.
• Ability to work and build relationships with leaders, staff, and members at all levels.
• Travel may be required.
