  • Lead technical account strategy and investment plan for Databricks Use Cases
  • Be the technical leader for specific Use Cases and customers
  • Address technical issues and questions related to production/go-live status
  • Leverage support resources and escalate to technical experts
  • Create and execute plans for accelerating key use cases into production
  • Provide internal and external updates on customer health and usage status
