Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • Deep demonstrated expertise, and competency in the React framework with the ability to speak in-depth about the attributes and limitations of the framework
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering accessible UI components
  • Strong expertise in building highly configurable front-end experiences, with demonstrated competency in CSS frameworks
  • Expertise in building performant front-end experiences that meet modern standards for load speed
  • Must have demonstrated expertise delivering highly organized, readable, and dry code
  • Expertise writing tests for front-end components and UIs (Unit testing, performance testing, E2E testing, integration testing, cross-browser testing)
  • Must be passionate about delivering exceptional front-end experiences and working cross-functionally to bring designs to life. Must have an eye for detail, an appreciation of design patterns and what makes an intuitive UI
  • Experience delivery through fully automated CI/CD processes
  • Experience supporting production systems and driving customer success
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Design, develop, and maintain an architecture strategy that aligns with our organization strategy

  • Engage in technical discussions and create technical designs
