Requirements
  • GED or High School diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in aerospace logistics solutions. (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • Experience managing aerospace logistics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive delivery of communication and follow up
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
  • Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Create, implement, and maintain logistics solutions
  • Notify purchasing of obsolete items, missing or quantities nearing stock-out
  • Maintain accurate inventory stock location files and audit programs
  • Maintain a material-issued log and ensure the right components are distributed to production
  • Ensure that the tools and equipment in the tool rooms are calibrated at appropriate intervals
  • Maintain a master inventory for all ground support equipment and capital assets across all sites
  • Procure supplies, consumables, hardware, support equipment, and other miscellaneous items for all functions in Test Evaluation and Certification
  • Manage the movement and storage of test assets, aircraft, parts, ground support equipment, and supplies across all sites
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory, company, and industry processes and standards
  • Up to 25% of domestic and international travel
  • Other duties as assigned
