RTI is looking for a Product Manager to lead the definition and launch of innovative and safe products that accelerate the adoption of software-defined and autonomous vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy by understanding market trends, gathering requirements, and prioritizing features.
- Define the product roadmap, communicate vision, and develop supporting collateral.
- Craft compelling responses to RFPs from OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of product or technical program management experience.
- Strong understanding of business and technical problems, including product management functions.
- Experience with Software-Defined Vehicles and automotive production programs.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434).
- Experience with safety platforms, safety hypervisors, and networking (DDS, CAN Bus, SOME/IP) in safety environments.

Nice to have:
- Understanding of market trends and technical concepts of safety platforms for autonomous systems in other markets.
- Familiarity with ROS 2 ecosystem and robotics.
- Experience with ADAS/Autonomous driving platforms.
- Leadership abilities or MBA.
