Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and website inquiries.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points, business needs, and buying intent.
  • Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team while ensuring a seamless handoff process.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in Salesforce or another customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Deliver a strong first impression of Alaan through clear, consultative, and customer-centric conversations.
