Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a product-oriented setting, with a demonstrated ability to achieve commercial success.
• Comprehensive understanding of cruise distribution channels, booking technology, and the operational needs of luxury travel advisors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a history of engaging senior cruise industry stakeholders.
• Experience managing a profit and loss statement and driving revenue growth in a technology or platform business.
