  • Healthcare EDI Knowledge (ANSI 835, 837, 270/271) is preferred
  • working with Problem Management, Records Management ticketing system is preferred
  • using CRM Software is preferred
  • MS Office Products experience is preferred
  • handling confidential information is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Responding to inbound customer requests via telephone, email, or chat
  • Contacting and interfacing with customers regarding support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Resolving technical support issues for Inovalon supported products within identified timeframes
  • Identifying beneficial product opportunities for existing customers and communicating to sales team via workflow process
  • Documenting all activities with customers in CRM per defined process and procedures
  • Resolving open cases within specified guidelines
  • Elevating issues following escalation procedure timely and as appropriate
  • Maintaining compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures, and mission statement
  • Adhering to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
  • Fulfilling responsibilities and duties as provided by Inovalon for achieving operational and financial success
