Requirements
  • A full-time graduate degree is mandatory.
  • 8–10 years of experience in media investment, digital campaign management, or video/media operations.
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital media platforms and video channels, including over-the-top, connected television, and television.
  • Familiarity with media buying and campaign management platforms such as Prisma, Mbox, and third-party ad servers including CM360, Adform, and Flashtalking.
  • Experience with media planning, trafficking, billing, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, including workload allocation, training, and performance guidance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate with cross-functional global partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of media campaigns across digital and video channels, including over-the-top, connected television, and television, ensuring campaigns launch on time and deliver against approved objectives.
  • Review requests for proposals, evaluate publisher proposals, and support media buying and investment decisions aligned with campaign goals.
  • Manage campaign bookings, allocations, and documentation in platforms such as Prisma, including issuing and managing insertion orders and release orders.
  • Coordinate trafficking processes, including trafficking sheets, creative rotations, tracker implementation, and broadcast scheduling for video and television campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance across channels, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, over-the-top platforms, television networks, and internal stakeholders while collaborating with planners, buyers, managers, and global teams.
  • Oversee billing processes, including invoice verification, discrepancy resolution, and campaign budget actualization, while supporting financial and media audits.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their training, development, and day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Plan and allocate workloads across the team to ensure campaigns meet service-level agreements and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex campaign or platform issues, supporting the team in resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
