The core clients are Medicaid recipients who can choose caregivers from among relatives or close connections, including spouses or parents of a child under 21. The company partners with Medicaid and health plans to manage the caregiving process, ensuring prompt payments and high-quality, personalized care. Its goal is to improve home-based care experiences for patients while supporting the financial well-being of informal caregivers by integrating them into a structured, Medicaid-funded system.
