About us
Eli is a women’s health company on a mission to improve lifelong health by continuously monitoring hormones in saliva. Hormones impact overall health every day and at all stages of life. Yet, traditional testing methods and send-out tests only provide infrequent snapshots. In three simple steps, Eli’s at-home technology continuously provides personalized hormone profiles to transform how women manage their hormonal health in key areas like menopause, fertility, contraception, and endocrine conditions.
This scientific and engineering breakthrough, resulting from years of R&D, enables Eli to fill a major data gap and provide people with the information they need to optimize their overall health from puberty through menopause and beyond.

About the role:
This is a full-time 6-month contract to start, with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time permanent role.
While our HQ and the role are based in Montréal, our audience is primarily in the US and globally distributed.
The starting date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
Identify and exploit growth opportunities across the entire marketing funnel—from awareness and acquisition to retention and referral.
Manage PPC ad campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) while simultaneously experimenting with other organic growth tactics such as content marketing, SEO, and partnerships.
Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns for conversion and engagement.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on key growth metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), retention rate, and engagement.

2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and scaling marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, as well as working with organic growth strategies like SEO and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and performance metrics.
A creative problem-solver who is not afraid to experiment with new strategies to drive growth.
Self-starter with a passion for growth hacking and testing new ideas, with the ability to pivot quickly.
Based in Montréal and able to collaborate with the team in person.
Familiarity with the US market is a bonus.
Why you’ll love working at Eli:
You’ll work with a group of talented and mission-driven people eager to improve lifelong health at scale.
You’ll be part of the core team developing and commercializing the first product that monitors hormonal data daily and over a lifetime.
You’ll join at the early-stage startup phase and have a wide-reaching impact in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
You’ll be part of a small (<20 people), high-performing, and diverse team where everything you do results in tangible impact and shapes the company’s trajectory.
You’ll be in an environment where people drive their own work, think creatively about open-ended problems, and solve them proactively.
You’ll get health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and more) to ensure you and your family stay physically and mentally at your best.
You’ll have flexibility over your schedule and vacations. We seek to hire great people, then give them the autonomy and space they need to achieve their goals.
Although our office and R&D facilities are in Montreal, we have a distributed team. We prioritize asynchronous workflows and minimize meetings to focus on the work itself.
You and your +1 will have unlimited free access to the Bota Bota spa in Montreal to recharge.
