- A minimum of 7+ years of direct construction safety experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing safety teams.
- Experience supporting large capital projects within pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology environments.
- Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards and pharmaceutical safety protocols.
- Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project within a pharmaceutical facility, ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.
- Conduct daily safety meetings.
- Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
- Perform daily safety audits and inspections.
- Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
- Write job hazard analyses and health and safety plans.
- OSHA 500 certification.
- Active Board of Certified Safety Professionals certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
