  • 2+ years product management experience

Responsibilities
  • Manage the product lifecycle from planning to completion
  • Create, maintain, and communicate product roadmap for assigned product area(s)
  • Define the market need and business case to pursue and prioritize features and enhancements to existing products based on stakeholder feedback and other influences
  • Identify market needs and maintain awareness of competitor offerings to determine how/if we fill them with new products
  • Build and foster relationships with stakeholders and internal users such as Engineering, Marketing, Launch, Sales, ES, Agency, and Operations
  • Work directly with Engineering and Design to bring product needs to life, using Agile methodologies
  • Gather functional requirements from stakeholders, collaborate with others to ensure the solution meets the customerneed; define project scope/phases
  • Author epics (big ideas), create user stories and lead/participate in sprint team activities (stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, etc.)
  • Manage the backlog to ensure Engineering is clear on business needs and priorities
  • Partner with Engineering leader(s) to enable the team to achieve successful sprints
  • Troubleshoot product and system related issues, identify root causes where possible
  • Monitor and analyze how well the product/feature is performing (financially, adoption, customer satisfaction, etc.)
  • Has direct interaction with customers whenever possible
