The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the continued growth of our US Government focused Sales team. In this role, you will build and run our Salesforce order processing workflows, while working directly with our Revenue Technology team to improve impact to insight while minimizing user confusion.
This role is an exciting opportunity to drive critical Sales processing to help scale the business. You’ll be collaborating with partners across US Government leadership, so to succeed you should have strong relationship building skills and enjoy being part of a multifaceted, team-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Work directly with the SFDC (Salesforce.com) technical team to ensure improvements and updates bring together US Government requirements and are communicated to our sellers, including building requirements for new features and testing features/updates and advocating for the impact to sellers. Own SFDC access approval for all of USG, triage tickets for account/opportunity ownership changes.
- Project-manage multiple workflows and communicate analytical results, both written and verbally, owning content development for recurring reporting and meetings with members of other internal teams.
- Develop reports using database reporting tools, working to standardize input and output fields across different databases or data sources while defining and driving processes for maintaining data quality metrics.
- Run monthly pipeline reviews at a portfolio level and perform strategic data analysis, research, and data patterns as needed.
- Lead onboarding of new sellers with sales leadership.
What We Value
- Sales or Sales Operations experience within the US Government contracting space.
- Solid understanding of Sales organizations, Sales quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e. Salesforce.com).
- Experience with the development of formal sales/account plans.
- Experience in activities related to Sales Training.
- Customer-first mentality.
What We Require
- 3+ years of proven experience at a software company in a sales operations role.
- At least 1 year of experience working in the government contracting space.
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce.
