Requirements
  • Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB, PTCE, ExCPT).
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related health care field OR 4 years paid employment in a pharmacy, health care/insurance industry (or equivalent)
  • Customer service experience (member first mindset).
  • Drug information knowledge.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS tool suite.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • providing assistance to pharmacists and pharmacy coordinators in resolution of claims, pricing, coding.
  • Works with internal departments and external vendors (ex. PBMS) to evaluate and resolve pharmacy related issues.
  • Perform special projects as required or requested.
