This position is for a Program Cost Controls Team member (P2), working within Raytheon’s Land and Air Defense Systems SBU in support of the NSPA/COMLOG Patriot Programs. To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with Supply Chain MPMs, Program Operations Managers, and program and finance leadership.

Responsibilities will include working closely with cross functional counterparts and finance management to manage the COMLOG program. Ownership of financial forecasting for NSPA and COMLOG portfolio. These programs consist of high-volume R&R, Spares, and Tech Assist efforts, requiring excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred in the Boston, MA area but can also be done in McKinney, TX or Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

What You Will Do:

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis

• Support invoicing and cash collection process

• Support the monthly financial planning forecast / close process (Rplan)

• Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of the organization will be needed, so the successful candidate must possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic & up to 2 years finance work experience

• Experience in with Microsoft Excel (i.e formulas, Vlookups)

• Experience in using SAP Business Systems

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on synthesizing large data sets

• Financial Planning and Analysis experience – Rplan, Management of Risks and Opportunities, Cross Functional collaboration

• Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements

• Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking

• Strong self-initiative

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
