- Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within the Army 365 and Advana environments.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations that enable decision-making and provide insight into operational performance.
- Create and maintain data models in Power BI and Dataverse, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Design and support ETL pipelines to transform and load data from disparate systems into centralized repositories.
- Write DAX formulas and SQL queries to support advanced metrics and calculations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable digital solutions.
- Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support user training, documentation, and data storytelling to drive adoption and clarity.
- Experience with Army Vantage or Advana
- Data warehousing or data lake environments
- HTML/JSON or REST APIs
- Model-Driven Apps
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Developing reference materials, user guides, and training content
