Job Summary

The role holder will be responsible for coordinating the gathering and population of portfolio and benchmark data required for regular client deliverables. This includes client review presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ’s) and consultant databases.

Primary Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for monthly / quarterly report data updates - including performance, portfolio characteristics, asset allocation and attribution.
• Ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Collaborating with team members on ad-hoc projects.
• Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders as required.
• Identification and delivery of automation efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the Asset Management industry
• Accuracy is of paramount importance.
• Organization – ability to track multiple concurrent requests, document clearly and adherence to deadlines.
• Communication – clear, confident and credible in the way they present to and liaise with key / senior stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of technical terminology.
• A positive, collegial attitude and a high level of professionalism.
• Have a desire to learn and be motivated / driven.
• Excel – basic formula/functionality such as vlookups, indexmatch and pivot tables.
