Requirements
  • At least 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree, or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • At least 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 8–10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree, or at least 6 years of work experience with a PhD is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business-to-business payments, including virtual card payments, value-added solutions for corporates, tokenization, issuer processing platforms and providers, and the broader payments ecosystem.
  • Experience working at or with global and regional payments processors.
  • Ability to lead initiatives end-to-end to meet client commitments with a customer-centric orientation.
  • Understanding of commercialization and go-to-market processes and models.
  • Experience researching and preparing comprehensive analysis.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives in a matrixed and distributed global organization.
  • Ability to manage client relationships.
  • Strong oral and written communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the Visa Commercial Solutions subject matter expert on processors and processing for commercial payments.
  • Deliver the Visa Commercial Solutions processor strategy, including understanding the commercial payments product roadmap, processing-environment dependencies, and integration and go-to-market approach.
  • Build a perspective on the processor landscape and an inventory of key partners, their capabilities, readiness levels, and geographical footprints.
  • Support Global Product with prioritization of key features and business models required to strengthen the processor distribution channel.
  • Partner with account executives to engage processor partners and develop joint roadmaps that enable client success.
  • Work with sales teams, solution specialists, and potential clients to answer questions about processor environments and recommend ways to integrate products to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Act as a resident expert on product capabilities, use cases, and the roadmap; support stakeholder questions about products, services, and integrated processors worldwide; and communicate the roadmap and dependencies to key stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • 12–15 years of relevant product management or client management experience, preferably in business-to-business payments and issuer or acquirer processing environments.
  • Business development, client-facing, or partnership experience.
  • Strategic thinking, collaboration, commercialization, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and influence internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels and organizations.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented pragmatism.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, explore new ideas, and remain flexible as priorities change.
