Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience with CRM systems, including segmentation, automation, and email platforms
  • Experience leading a content-driven lifecycle strategy, responsible for customer engagement metrics
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Subject matter expert in relevant analytical tools/methodologies (i.e. experiment design, A/B testing, performance attribution, analysis and reporting)

Responsibilities
  • Develop Deel’s customer lifecycle stages and create strategic initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, which include onboarding, engagement and retention
  • Create and roll out a customer contact strategy and governance framework to ensure customers have a positive experience with Deel
  • Identify key, measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle programs encompassing a growth hacker mentality with the ability to test and scale rapidly
  • Act as a trusted partner to Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Events and Growth to ensure messaging of programs and product updates are accurate and meaningful to Deel’s customers
  • Partner with customer success and account managers to create customer interaction touch points, showcasing Deel as a partner, not just a vendor
  • Develop onboarding processes and content to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new customers
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to maximize customer value
