  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise business development, solution sales, or complex consultative selling
  • Proven track record of selling into Fortune 500 or similarly scaled enterprise organizations, with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value, multi-year commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger
  • Experience managing technical sales processes, working closely with engineers or solution architects to support client evaluation and deal execution
Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales process end-to-end: lead generation, stakeholder mapping, relationship building, pilot negotiation, phased deployment, and deal closure
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales engagements with Fortune 500/1000-level clients, from initial outreach to pilot rollout and full-scale deployment
  • Build and execute strategic account plans using structured stage-gate frameworks and contingent commitment models

  • Background in automation, robotics, industrial tech, or AI/ML
  • Experience operating across both hardware sales and recurring-revenue (ARR) models

Sanctuary AI has developed a humanoid robot named Phoenix™, which is designed to work alongside humans in various industries. This robot operates using an AI control system called Carbon™, allowing it to perform tasks autonomously or under human supervision. Phoenix™ can observe, assess, and act on instructions, making it adaptable to different work environments. Unlike many competitors, Sanctuary AI focuses on creating general-purpose robots that can be trained to collaborate with human workers, enhancing workplace efficiency and safety. The company's goal is to automate tasks and improve operational safety, contributing to a more productive work environment.

Sanctuary Ai Integrates Tactile Sensors Into Phoenix General Purpose Robots

The Phoenix humanoid robot has tactile sensors for improved teleoperation. Source: Sanctuary AI. One challenge of building general-purpose and humanoid robots is training them for dexterous manipulation. Sanctuary AI today announced that it has integrated new tactile sensors into its Phoenix robots. This will enable teleoperated pilots to more effectively conduct complex, touch-driven tasks with precision and accuracy, said the company. “Without tactile sensing, robots depend on video to interact with their environment,” noted Dr

Ai-Powered Robots Advance In General Tasks In A Crowded Market

The dream of having robots do household chores inched a little closer to reality last week. Figure, an OpenAI-backed robotics artificial intelligence (AI) startup, showed off humanoid robots that can understand voice commands and can grab objects they had never seen before. In a Figure video, a guy holding a bag of groceries starts unloading eggs, apple, ketchup, cheese, cookies and other items on a counter

Sanctuary Ai New Tactile Sensors Enable Richer Sense Of Touch

Sanctuary is focused on achieving human-level dexterity for general purpose robots to perform high value tasks in the workplace. This requires a delicate—but durable—sense of touch to efficiently complete tasks with precision. Our team of industry-leading experts in tactile sensing have identified and met the requirements needed to build compliant, sensitive, and durable sensors at low manufacturing costs. "We know a sense of touch to be critical for dexterity," said Dr. Jeremy Fishel, Principal Researcher at Sanctuary AI. "The challenge is in developing tactile sensing technology with the right blend of features and durability to unlock dexterous manipulation and high-performance training data
