Nextiva is seeking a dynamic and strategic VP, Revenue Marketing to lead our ambitious expansion plans. Reporting to the CMO, as the driving force behind our revenue marketing initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Nextiva brand and accelerating our growth trajectory. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven insights, ensuring that our marketing efforts not only captivate audiences but also drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy to support revenue and growth objectives by focusing on multi-channel approaches, including but not limited to paid digital, SEO, offline, social, 1st and 3rd party events and campaigns, sponsorships, out-of-home, partnerships etc. Maximize brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition through an integrated and diversified marketing approach to acquire new customers. Seamlessly integrate offline and online campaigns for a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Marketing & Sales Development Alignment: Foster strong collaboration between marketing and Sales Development teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals. Implement lead scoring, lead management, and enablement strategies.
- Lead Generation: Own lead pipeline across all segments for the direct sales organization. Build and nurture pipeline leads for VSB, SB and Mid-Market business segments, with a keen eye on driving engagement in target accounts.Focus on quality and conversion vs. quantity of leads
- Performance Analysis & Management: Leverage advanced analytics and data insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Implement a robust measurement framework to track the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns and optimize for maximum impact.
- Brand Development: Collaborating with the Brand and Content teams, develop initiatives to enhance Nextiva’s market positioning. Craft compelling creative and messaging that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Nextiva in the competitive landscape.
- Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric mindset across all multi-channel marketing efforts. Understand customer needs, pain points, and aspirations to create targeted campaigns that resonate and create new business.
- Innovation and Experimentation: Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continually refine and evolve Nextiva’s marketing approach. Stay informed about regulations governing offline marketing, ensuring all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Budget: Implement robust tracking mechanisms for ROI assessment, analyzing performance data to optimize future campaigns and allocate resources effectively. Develop and manage Growth Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12+ years experience leading a B2B Revenue or Growth marketing team for VSB, SB and MM target accounts.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and compelling manner cross functionally
Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:
The compensation offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $290,000 - $360,000, including annual income incentive compensation.
