Role

Design Engineers own the frontend of Anything.

You'll craft delightful, performant experiences at the frontier of AI agent UX. Your work will make the Internet go "woah" and define how millions build software.

Example projects you'd own

• Design and ship how to interact with agent reasoning timeline, visual diffs, app previews

• Make logs and arbitrary code logic understandable to non technical users

• Multiplayer realtime collab across users and agents on an infinite canvas

• Ship intuitive experience for swarms of autonomous software engineers building 100s of app variations w/ intelligent merging of the best results

Ideal background

• Strong frontend or product engineer (typically 4-6+ years). If you've built something people love, years are irrelevant.

• Deep in Typescript and modern web/mobile frameworks (React, Next, React Native, Expo, Web Assembly)

• At least one of:

  • Done impactful work at a company known for its frontend and design

  • Major contributions to a notable open source project

  • Seriously impressive portfolio

• Deep understanding of the DOM and the browser

• Ship performant, pixel-perfect components

• Blend excellent engineering with taste in models, design, and product

• Comfortable working with and without a designer

• Never compromise quality and speed - you both sweat the details and ship fast

Extra signal

• Prior experience as a founder or founding eng

• Strong production experience with LLMs

• Prior experience as a designer
