Its flagship WarriorBabe VIP is a 12-month coaching program paired with a dedicated certified coach and the WB4 Method, which blends macronutrient-based nutrition, strength training to build lean muscle, metabolic reprogramming, and regular accountability delivered through the WarriorBabe app with personalized meal and workout plans and check-ins. The service uses a direct-to-consumer, premium model with high-touch support, a large team of specialists, and a strong community, priced from about $1,497 for the Blueprint to $2,000–$6,000 for VIP with monthly payment options.
