Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Comfort climbing ladders and working at elevated heights.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background screening and pre-employment drug test.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including two Saturdays per month during the busy season.

  • Ability to perform roof inspections, lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and safely navigate ladders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in residential roofing solutions while working directly with homeowners to identify their needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Learn industry best practices, roofing system components, inspection procedures, and effective sales strategies through hands-on training and mentorship.
  • Meet with prospective customers and evaluate roofing conditions.
  • Gather measurements and project information.
  • Prepare estimates.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person consultations regarding repair or replacement options.
  • Stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and market trends.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices.
  • Travel frequently between job sites and occasionally support other company locations as business needs require.
