Foundation Specialist

Pay Range:

$28.14 - $42.21Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Foundation Specialist to join our team. The Foundation Specialist is responsible for creating and executing fundraising strategies for annual donations and fundraising events for one or more specific ministry foundations. This role works with ministry donor and prospect inquiries and manages all local mailings, system and colleague appeals, event management and implementations, online giving, stewardship mailings/activities, memorials/tribute gifts, and grateful patient acquisition.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, philanthropy, or a related field is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus five year's of experience in fundraising, communications, sales/marketing, public relations or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, communications, sales/marketing or public relations is required. (This experience is in addition to experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
