  • College degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of B2B sales experience within a high-growth SaaS environment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant management experience, preferably in SaaS organization
  • Able to measure and diagnose strategic efficacy and recommend course correction/shifts to business plans
  • Experience prospecting accounts and managing pipeline to maximize revenue

  • Experience with modern sales and business platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau, or similar systems.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of high performing Account Executives to enable their success in achieving team quota and consumption targets
  • Provide hands-on mentorship and feedback to each Account Executive on effective sales methodologies from discovery, qualification, assessment of buyer profiles, deal closure, and accrual of spend
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain Account Executives by using creative incentives and a team-focused approach
  • Act as a hands-on coach, ready to actively support your team’s success through impactful one-on-one coaching, shadowing key sales activities, and providing real-time feedback across the prospect journey. You’ll model effective sales strategies and motivate your team to achieve top performance
  • Play an active role in screening and interviewing potential candidates
  • Be involved with Sales training (new & continuous) of your Account Executives to find trends and areas of improvement
  • Partner with Customer Experience teams to build best practices and process efficiencies
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge of Center’s product and offering to assist your team to interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects
  • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, and competitors to maintain sales volume
  • Forecast your team’s pipeline with a high degree of accuracy
  • Review & develop long- and short-term sales strategies and identify opportunities for process improvements that align with the broader Center vision
  • Analyze data for deep understanding of the details and areas of improvement
  • Provide upward feedback to the Senior Director, Sales and other executives on field takeaways (i.e., sales strategy & product obstacles)
  • Champion the professional growth of each team member, fostering a culture of resilience, continuous learning, and high performance
