Requirements
  • Interest in building a long-term career as a millwright apprentice.
  • Willingness to complete probation before apprenticeship registration.
  • Willingness to develop welding and other technical trade skills.
  • Ability to work across project work, scheduled maintenance, shutdown and breakdown services, rigging, installations, equipment moving, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
  • Perform millwrighting, welding, and fabrication work across industrial projects and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in project work, scheduled maintenance, shutdown and breakdown services, rigging, installations, equipment moving, and troubleshooting.
  • Use the 10,000-square-foot shop to master the trade and develop welding skills.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and learn alongside Journeymen and Foremen.
