  • 5+ years’ experience driving complex IAM projects and programs for large enterprises.
  • 3-5 years’ experience implementing IAM Cloud solutions, controls, and capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple work streams across several programs simultaneously and respond to rapidly changing demands.
  • Experience working with frequently utilized IAM vendor solutions such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Varonis, CyberArk and Hashicorp, AKV, Entra, etc. in large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) and experience in deploying and managing IAM solutions on cloud platforms (AWS is preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Execute on strategy, planning, design, communication, and delivery of portfolio projects.
  • Work closely with the product, architecture, and engineering teams, project managers, analysts, and operations teams and partnering with stakeholders across the LOBs, and GIS leadership.
  • Manage the delivery of the initiative benefits and addressing issues and risks as they are identified across the IAM capabilities.
  • Participate and lead technology teams that research, engineer, develop, implement, communicate, monitor, and maintain key IAM solutions.
  • Utilize in-depth technical and product knowledge as well as experience defining new business requirements to influence design and ensure secure solutions that meet the organization’s needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Broad technical knowledge of IAM lifecycle, ecosystem, and enterprise scale products.
  • Experience in the deployment of multi-factor authentication, role and attribute-based access control, and other strong authentication methods and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM products and particularly on Ping suite of products (Ping Access, Ping Federate and PingID) and federation concepts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols: OIDC, SAML, XACML, LDAP, OAuth, OpenID.
  • Large enterprise experience working with privileged access and secrets management products such as CyberArk, Hashicorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust.
