  • 5+ Years of relevant cloud development experience

Responsibilities
  • Develop cloud formation templates to build immutable infrastructure on AWS
  • Able to work in an agile, cross-functional team
  • Develop AWS lambda functions in Python or other languages for operational or business functional purposes Evaluate, respond to, and resolve AWS service issues leveraging AWS support when needed
  • Drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations via automation and orchestration Conduct capacity planning analysis and cloud budget planning
  • Manage the monitoring, updating, optimization, redundancy, stability of cloud systems
  • Manage AWS services such as IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, SNS, Cloudwatch, Redshift, RDS, Config, ECS, EKS, ALB, security groups
  • Work with AWS engineers on Kubernetes (EKS), ECS and Docker containers
  • Assist other teams with provisioning and getting appropriate access to AWS resources
  • Work with the team to estimate the cost footprint of new AWS resources and services and conduct general forecasts for our AWS architecture
  • Support AWS infrastructure changes during planned maintenance windows, as well as ad-hoc support for unplanned outages
  • Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime
