Responsibilities
  • Complete the quarterly executive risk profile, including facilitating review and approval with executive leadership and corporate risk management.
  • Direct and provide oversight for the development and implementation of risk and control self-assessments and related risk profiles.
  • Provide guidance and support to lines of business so they can understand, own, proactively identify, measure, and manage risk and integrate risk mitigation into strategic decisions and management activities.
  • Provide direction and oversight for quarterly assessments of testing, control effectiveness, residual risk, and risk metrics, and support recommendations to address control gaps.
  • Monitor and provide guidance on findings, remediation plans, and exception requests, escalating risks and issues outside the risk appetite as applicable.
  • Facilitate implementation of risk management policies, programs, and procedures across lines of business and channels while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate audit and pre-regulatory examination preparation, facilitate responses to findings, validate remediation plans and corrective actions, and provide periodic management updates.
  • Build and sustain working relationships with corporate risk management, legal, and line-of-business executives, managers, and teams while developing an understanding of business and strategic objectives.
  • Strengthen the first line of defense by ensuring sound business practices, processes, procedures, personnel, and technology exist to manage risk within the corporate risk appetite.
  • Engage with line-of-business and corporate risk management partners to understand and assess risks across lines of business and standardize risk management processes and reporting.
  • Manage a team of risk managers and risk analysts.
  • Develop and lead the Technology Risk program when assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and accommodate changes to duties, responsibilities, or activities.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with Bank of Montreal and PNC Bank acting as co-syndication agents. Net interest income reached $1.25 billion, slightly missing the $1.26 billion estimate but showing 8.7% year-on-year growth. The net interest margin came in at 2.9%, matching analyst expectations. KeyCorp operates KeyBank across 15 states, providing retail and commercial banking, wealth management, and investment services. The company's revenue growth has accelerated recently, with annualised growth of 12.6% over the past two years compared to 2.1% over five years. Net interest income from lending operations accounted for 60.4% of total revenue over the last five years.

KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%. Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman highlighted strong performance in investment banking, commercial payments, and wealth management. Assets under management grew to a record $74 billion.
