Requirements
  • Knowledge of technology business management practices and related functional partner interaction models.
  • Experience with Agile program and project management disciplines, including iterative delivery planning, accountability, value prioritization, stakeholder management, and operating cadences.
  • Experience with executive reporting and performance measurement using objectives and key results, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.

Responsibilities
  • Drive delivery cohesion across technology workforce-related domains by aligning shared outcomes, priorities, cross-functional partnerships, and execution requirements.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional inputs and interlocks among Technology and partner stakeholders, Human Resources, Finance, Sourcing, Risk and Controls, suppliers, and service providers to enable business value delivery, surface tradeoffs, escalate when needed, and unblock execution.
  • Facilitate operating rhythms, including stakeholder enablement cadences, executive reporting, and leader forums.
  • Contribute to executive reporting routines for the workforce pillar of the Technology Strategy by communicating performance against intended outcomes, providing altitude-appropriate insights, and ensuring timely decisions and follow-through.
  • Streamline operational processes and complexity to maximize efficiency and value.
  • Manage workforce-related operational risks through the technology workforce risk framework to ensure effective scaling within Technology's risk appetite limits.
  • Apply program management rigor to deliver initiatives, track execution, and enable partner engagement and proactive leadership transparency.
  • Enable scaling of Technology's global operating model through acceleration of the offshore delivery model and integration of capabilities into operational routines.
  • Partner across Technology organizations, offshore leadership teams, and shared services partners to evaluate, prioritize, and sequence workforce demand using established work placement and readiness criteria.
  • Balance business outcomes, delivery risk, capacity, and operating model objectives when making workforce demand decisions.
  • Enable scalable execution of cross-functional workforce planning and calibration activities.
  • Ensure work is aligned to the most effective delivery model, clear ownership, and sustainable organizational growth.

EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity. Michael Koempel, president and chief financial officer, said the arrangement provides flexibility to support the company's capital allocation strategy and growth initiatives across its segments. The amended facilities are unchanged in size from the prior agreement. Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027.
