Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of marketing, sales, or revenue operations/strategy experience - preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent Excel, SQL, BI, Salesforce experience
  • Familiarity with revenue technologies such as Hubspot, Outreach, PRM, Apollo
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity. You know where we need to go, but recognize it won't always be a straight path to get there
  • Good understanding of revenue strategy, operations, and connections between GTM teams
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper-growth environment
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-starter that is experienced in delivering a measurable impact to sales and GTM teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds with your team and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details
Responsibilities
  • Build analytics and reporting for key performance indicators for the GTM team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) and develop executive level presentations
  • Build and maintain a scalable reporting framework as well as creating ad hoc reports as needed
  • Manage our sales forecasting process and analytics
  • Provide insights into growth levers for accelerating revenue
  • Analyze the impact of new and existing processes and identify changes to maximize outcomes
  • Drive analyses, frame business problems, and communicate insights with a bias towards action
