Responsibilities
  • Design and manage budgets to accomplish the strategic goals of the department
  • Lead strategic, campaign focused teams of development, external affairs, and communications that support and work across progressive issue campaigns focused on the economy and democracy
  • Work closely with existing campaign partners, while developing new relationships to build robust, multi-faceted campaigns
  • Oversee rapid-response efforts as necessary
  • Help to build long-term infrastructure through regrant and partnership programs
  • Lead several teams to design professional and consistent reporting on program progress and successes with an eye towards growing our network of stakeholders and our impact
  • Manage an internal team of staff members
  • Serve on the Executive Team which oversees general management of the Hub
  • Identify and cultivate funding sources for individual campaigns and the Hub in general
