Responsibilities
  • Work independently to meet with business users, do requirement analysis, and write Functional Specification Document.
  • Work with Product Owners and Development teams on the business requirements and contribute to the use case implementation.
  • Manage the release scope and deployment plans.
  • Work with Data Governance team to follow the data policy and standards.
  • Manage business demands and resource allocation.
  • Provide day to day support to business inquiries to the owned application that involves 200+ use cases.
  • Actively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the scrum/agile methodology including attending sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Work with Development teams on Information Security Risk Management Profile/Recertification/Attestation/Aged Passwords/Vulnerability Remediation and server upgrade/patches to make sure the application is stable, resilient and compliant.
  • Support flexible working hours for night meetings and weekend deployment when there is a need.
