Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and platforms.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Experience managing corporate IT project rollouts and supporting user adoption of new technologies.
  • Knowledge in IT change management frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive user experience by ensuring best-in-class service during the onboarding process, confirming equipment and system access and scheduling system orientation time for new hires.
  • Submit IT onboarding and offboarding tickets on behalf of the management team.
  • Escalate IT support requests as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues and escalations for regional users.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns and ensure all user queries are addressed effectively.
  • Support IT networks & infrastructure at the regional level to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently across regional offices and to report issues to IT promptly and follow up until resolution.
  • Work with Corporate IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of corporate IT projects across the organization.
  • Ensure that all projects are rolled out successfully, meeting organizational goals and timelines.
  • Communicate changes in IT systems, policies, and processes to all users to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Create and distribute clear, concise messages regarding IT updates, changes, and upgrades.
  • Provide and facilitate Change Champion training to empower team members to be advocates for IT change initiatives.
  • Act as a resource for Change Champions, offering support as they drive adoption and awareness of new IT changes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SharePoint is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
