  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Accounting and/or Finance
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative, e.g. school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, leadership on school or work projects, etc
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • General understanding of US GAAP
  • Ability to work in both a team and individual setting

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical review, feedback, and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results to executive leadership team
  • Partner with the FP&A team to provide guidance to regional and functional finance leaders for quarterly forecasts, the Long Range Plan, and the Annual Operating Plan
  • Work with senior leadership to prepare detailed financial analysis to be presented to the Allegion Board of Directors
  • Work with FP&A team to consolidate, refine, and conduct scenario analysis on Allegion's Long Range Plan (LRP), including preparation of review materials for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
  • Partner with Investor Relations on various projects, including investor presentations, review of analyst reports, and consolidation of quarterly estimates
  • Partner with Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to prepare and complete the quarterly earnings release and investor presentation
  • Work with the digital team to develop tools and processes to help Allegion's global finance team eliminate manual work and provide higher levels of analysis and insight to our internal customers
  • Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus but not required
