Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, General Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or related.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with the following: working in Pharmaceutical Commercial industry, specifically in either Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Planning, or Commercial Operations; collaborating with senior leaders and across a broad group of stakeholders on complex projects; and executing marketing or commercial business initiatives across a broad group of stakeholders such COEs, strategic partners, marketing leaders and executive sponsors.
  • Must have worked on at least two (2) pharmaceutical product launches or pharmaceutical indication launches.
Responsibilities
  • Build enterprise mindset across US Market’s Oncology, Vaccine, Pharma and Rare Disease business units.
  • Embed consistent launch operation capabilities throughout the organization.
  • Partner with Global Launch Excellence, Commercial Leadership and Marketing Leadership to ensure strategic alignment and transparency across enterprise-wide product launch teams.
  • Strategically partner with New Product Leaders, Marketing Leaders, and BU CMOs to identify critical functional preparation based on launch archetype.
  • Develop agile launch strategies and methods to accelerate cross-functional team execution.
  • Lead, manage and develop launch planners.
  • Partner with senior management, key stakeholders, and teams on how to deliver commercial and customer impact.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop strategic opportunity spaces and distill strategic opportunities into actionable execution plans.
  • Co-develop the business unit commercial agility roadmap by partnering with Business Unit Leaders, Marketing Leaders, and interfacing COEs.
  • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional partners on facilitating Quarter Business Review and Objectives and Key Results.
  • 10% domestic travel required.
