  • Strong experience in third-party integrations with NetSuite, as well as IaaS platforms connected to an ERP
  • Able to translate business requirements into detailed system designs and specifications and then implement and configure systems based on these requirements
  • Experience in providing technical guidance pre- and post- project implementations
  • Able to analyze, troubleshoot and recommend alternatives for resolving issues
  • Develop and design technical requirements for system roll-outs, migrations and mergers
  • BS in Finance, Information Technology or other related degree
  • 7+ years as Business Systems Analyst working in the Finance Systems domain
  • NetSuite implementation experience is required, experience with Salesforce, Boomi, and Subscription Management a big plus
  • Proven success of hands-on implementation and support experience in Financial Systems
  • Can-do attitude with excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working for a gazelle, or subscription-based business
  • Truly great interpersonal skills. True willingness to nurture cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with functional leadership to implement changes that benefit multiple business functions
  • Passionately listen to and absorb the details of business partners' experiences and challenges to convert them into business and technical project requirements
  • Fluently translate technical information into common business language to stakeholders
  • Work with senior leaders to manage, deliver, report project progress
  • Conduct end user training and workshops to ensure effective use of SaaS application services
  • Proactively communicates issues and risks, and escalate conflicts, always proposing resolution options
  • Support production systems, resolving support tickets and delivering minor enhancements
  • Become a go-to person for financial systems solutions
